Well we all survived Super Bowl XL! The City of Detroit received glowing reviews and it was truly
exciting to see all the activity in the area! Restaurants and Clubs were hopping, with limos crowding their parking lots. Media Buses were in the area and the warm temperatures made life in Michigan enjoyable -- even though it didn't help the Winter Blast activities!
The Detroit Metro Area has a lot to offer... I'm always amazed when I travel at how similar we are to other Metro areas! The first time I was sent somewhere on business it was
Schaumberg, IL. As I drove to my hotel in my rental car I remember thinking, " This looks just like Livonia, MI!" Another time I was on business in Philly. We ate at the Hard Rock. That was before Detroit had one. Now that Detroit has one I have to say it is way better...and why wouldn't it be with our rich background of Motown,
Eminem and more!
We are looking forward to many more events coming to the area! Downtown looks great and so do the Suburbs! We have our welcome mat out world... come on over!
